Dear Players,

Do not under any circumstances play Blackjack or Roulette in the live dealer casino.

First, in roulette I had two winning bets on red and the computer took them down during the spin! The pitboss did not acknowledge my bets and contending that I made only one wager, a losing bet on black! They deducted that from my account.

Second, in Blackjack their machine broke for over 12 minutes. I had a total of ten versus a dealer upcard of 3. I had to exit the casino. I requested the pit boss take down my bet and other players requested the same to which the pitboss messaged please be patient players. I exited the casino. Later today customer service wanted to know the game number! I told them the dealer, the minimum table amount and the time of play. They claimed they do not record names of dealers although they make a fuss about the girls and profiles. I suggested they locate the game in which the machine went down. They don't keep records of that either.
There behaviour to players is unacceptable. For $75.00 the lost a player.

Although I love the live casino I have lost around 150 on same bs. Also in middle of hands where we have 10 11 vs a 4 the lady said bad scan and we were refunded thats real bs. If Beavis is here he can verify this we were killing this table for 1 hour straight then in the middle of shoe pitt stops the hand and says table needs to be closed for matnience. that shows its not rigged but noway they should be able to pull what they do.

Also if u do have problem make sure u have pen by cpu to get hand number will make life alot easier.. I think OP is full of shit and just lying cuz he lost. Things though like that happen on there so keep pen near by

Funny how in this day and age of technology they still have a problem with the screen freezing which is always conveniently at a time which is favorable to the house. Don't play these online casinos guys. Their rip offs. It's that simple.
