Guy avgs 5 offensive rebounds per game, so I'm pretty sure it's not just from teammates. Talk about a white kid that hustles on the court, a fukking workhorse. Big fan of the guy.

I was told to fight over every rebound. What if both him and another teammate thought that the other guy would get it, and they both don't go hard to grab it, and the other team grabs it.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with grabbing every rebound in sight. Also, you do realize when there is a rebound coming off the rim most other players kinda shy away when the Center is there and it's easy for him.

While his numbers are impressive, don't forget that the T'Wolves are a terrible team and Love plays a lot of garbage time minutes. I think on a team with a better overall talent level his numbers would probably drop from "record breaking" to "above average". Just my $.02.

About to get 70 mil extension for grabbing rebounds. NBA is funny that way, kid is not even a go to player on offense, plays no defense and his double doubles got his team like 15 wins, whoo-hoo.

White parents, dont bother teaching your kids how to shoot just teach them to chase down balls of other peoples misses and you'll breed a millionaire, look at David Lee and Kevin Love. I think its sad that so many people dont bother with this most basic of basic skills so the guys that do get paid like superstars.

Guy is almost as interested in his stats as winning IMO

but that probably comes with the fact he plays for the twolves and knows they wont win most games

The kid is garbage. The great spanish hype, based on a few good games at the Olympics when he was 17 or 16 or whatever it was. His shooting is actually getting worse. 30%fg 20% 3 point shooting this year, 6ppg. Good luck being a star in the NBA young Ricky, oh wait, you're 20 years old now, not quite the prodigy you once were.

Wolves would be better off trading him before he loses any value. I guess they are in a position of no leverage with him so its not easy. I think the kid will end up playing most of his life in Spain, he's a major celeb, playing on a great team. Why come here and sit on the bench? He had potential, but i'm starting to think he is not good enough for the NBA. And no, i have not seen him play this season so maybe i'm wrong, but i've seen him a bunch of time before and it never looked like he can be what people were saying he could be.
