No need to be sorry. Bad habits are hard to break. If this game comes through for me tonight I think I'll make super small plays to build my confidence and make sure my capping skills are getting better.

Have to limit plays, and if you take a big favorite you have to pick your spots.

I'm on the Cards in the early game today and not because it's an early game. Lohse is 2-0 with a 1.45 ERA in his last three starts against the Brew Crew and Parra lasted just four innings, allowing three runs and five hits while walking five against Lohse and the Cards in his last start.

There's a total of 5 games I like on the day but due to high juice I may only play the Cards game for the day.
