My NBA playoff picks for tomorrow - Any thoughts?
    Cavaliers vs. Wizards +1.5

    Rockets vs. Jazz +1

Both look good, any thoughts though?

Rockets are VERY overrated because they had that miracle streak but after that they played not as good. Jazz on the road isnt as bad as everyone says, they beat big teams at home like LAKERS, BOSTON, and HORNETS!! AND they showed that not to be true last night in Texas.

Personally I do NOT think the Cavs will do it again tomorrow were lucky to pull that one off but Wizards are pissed and a very deep team of stars.

I like the Wiz...not sure if I will play it since refs love Bron Bron. Wiz definitely have the edge talent wise and SHOULD win the game by 3 or 4 IMO. Jazz looked good last game but I don't trust them on the road so I won't be playing it.

True about the zebras and lebron. I mean at the end of the game the Cavs barely won because they kept doing there only "good" play with lebron coming to the top of the key for the rescue play. I guess ill see how this game ends before I decide the Jazz game after it.

      GL man!

I am not sure that the Jazz stay at +1 since 73% of the wagers placed have been on them. Best of luck with whatever you decide.

Utah just flat out dominated Houston like I never seen before, for a home playoff team. Without Rafer and any good rebounders, I just don't see Houston winning anymore games.

I still think the CAVs are a one man show, now that Lebron doesn't have that extra motivation to prove the wiz wrong, Washington should be able to win this game easily. They have too many guys that can scores.

Point guard Bobby Jackson added to the Rockets' struggles, going 3-for-15 from the field. Jackson is filling in for Rafer Alston, who strained his right hamstring April 13. Alston will sit out Game 2, but said Sunday he was aiming to return for Game 3 in Utah on Thursday.

The Rockets are simply short-handed right now, and the Jazz took full advantage. They scored 50 points in the paint in Game 1 without Yao there, and as Westside Pete pointed out, Alston's replacement Bobby Jackson went 3 for 15 from the floor. I don't see anything changing for Game 2. Already bet Jazz -103 on Money Line.

Houston will win. Jazz are a horrible road team and you expect them to beat the Rockets b2b on the road? I don't think so. This is a must win for them as Utah is almost unbeatable at home.

And just because someone has one bad game doesn't mean they will repeat it.

sloan's jazz are relentless! true that they are a bad road team but it's the playoff now. things are different. u shld cap this game at houston differently now. rafer alston was a big part of dat 22-0 run by the rockets. right now, i think he is out til game 3. and jazz would rather close this out in utah in game 4.

I personally like Houston tonight. Their season pretty much depends on it. They know Utah is the strongest home team in the league, and that they're most likely going to lose both games in Salt Lake. If they don't take advantage of home-court tonight, you might as well call the season done for the Rcokets. T-Mac and company definitely knows this, and I'm sure the veteran Bobby Jackson knows it's time to step up.

yeah much as IWIN has been impeccable with his postseason picks so far, I don't feel JAZZ can pull another victory in Houston tonite. JAZZ will have in the back of their minds being back home while Rockets' season pretty much hinges on salvaging a victory tonite or else it's over. I think Rockets will win by 3 or 4. I think Rockets will win at least one game in this series and i think that one win happens tonite.

Like the Jazz to win b2b in Houston. Sloan will have his team ready to play on the road again tonight. Houston's offense is horrible. Utah will double TMac all night and force the other players to make shots. BJax will rebound from his 3-15 slump last game, but there isn't enough firepower to keep up with Utah.

Don't care that HOU "MUST WIN" tonight. Actually probably better for Jazz backers because more than likely the Rockets will come out tight and put too much pressure on themselves. GL.

Jazz are my sleeper pick to make the Finals...very balanced, well coached, stud PG and big man. Plus no one's talking about them, all the talk is about the Lakers, Spurs, Suns, and Hornets.

The fact that the Rockets NEED this game to save their season doesn't matter when they are short-handed. I just don't think they have the talent to beat Utah on any court right now, as Austin's absence is bigger than some people are making it out to be. Also, while everyone is harping on the Jazz 17-24 road record, they played much better on the road the final weeks of the season (excluding a season-ending loss at San Antonio that they probably tanked to avoid Spurs in first round), and they are 4-0 ATS last four at Houston.
