If you're going to get MLB.tv then get a few guys to pitch in and share the account. They don't seem to mind multiple connections as long as it's not like 25 different machines under the same user name at the same time.

I bought it a couple years ago and remember there being some strange blackout rules sometimes.

I purchase it every season for the computer. The quality isn't as good, but the difference in price makes it worth it. I would suggest going with the computer.

I get it on playstation 3. Really the only reason I have it (blue ray player as well). Pretty good for travel and betting on baseball.

what sounds like a good idea in march/april turns out to be a dreaded one when you get sick and tired of watching baseball games. there's more than enough on free or cable for anyone. don't buy it.

I got my online package of MLBtv Premium online renewed. When a game is real good I just connect the videocard of my desktop to the TV and watch it there while I go online with my laptop. Pretty good feed, way better than NBA's.
