How many of these off shore books would survive? You would have to figure big casinos in Vegas/AC set up shop online. A ton of others would dive into the industry. Would you still keep your money offshore when you can have a book based in Delaware or anywhere in the US? Could be an interesting turn of events if this happens.

#2I wouldn't mind paying taxes on my winnings if this were to happen. I know I have been scammed a couple of times by books, so I hope the regulation would mean more stable shops and less scam books.Comment -
