I remember before this February poker tourney month, there were always spots open for the tues. and thurs. tourneys (and there was only 1 per day, but I think it fit around 150 people). Now people are willing to sell there left nut to play.

That's a good point. If you are going to limit it to 90 people a day you should only be allowed to enter 1 tourney per week and only if there are open seats you can play in a second tourney. There are guys now with 3 seats guaranteed for the week and guys who can't find a single seat!

I edited that actually as the 9pm ones are nearly the same first 5 or 10 in each and wasn't fair to just call BE out on it ...

I agree 110%. Tried to join one of the tourneys this morning and they were already all filled up, FOR THE WHOLE wk. SBR should make it that you sign up an hour before the tourney starts or the day of. I cant get in for the whole wk, but some posters have multiple seats, mind boggling

There is about to be a revolt up in here over this. I just like to play a little poker during the games at night that's all. I'm sure SBR will fix it eventually after all the displeasure with the way things currently are.

Yeah, and this means that there are going to be a tun of people there on autofold because they registered for essentially a freeroll three days before the tourney. Should make for exciting times. You HAVE to stagger the registartion times SBR.

I would have thought the more people in the tournament the better it looks for SBR?

They had 340 people playing everyday in February. I'm pretty sure they were more who wanted to play but all the seats were taken. So when they cut it down to 180 seats this week it created a bottleneck effect resulting in people grabbing all the available seats in a matter of few hours. And now you have dozens of posters who can't register for a single tourney and many who are registered for all 3 daily tournaments.

I'm pretty sure they will learn from this mistake and make things better next week.

Exactly! These tourneys were announced days ago! As usual the last minute procrastinators wanna bitch and moan, when all you had do was get on and sign up. I do agree that John and the guys at SBR could add a few more time slots, since we had such a good turn out in February.

Good luck to the 90 SBR posters who get to play these tournaments this week.

Kind of stupid on SBR's part to let the first 90 people to sign up for 1 tournament hog the seats for all of the tournaments. Sad thing is half of the guys who took all of the seats are probably non contributors to SBR and are only here for the free contests.

On vacation in the Keys, went to register for a Wednesday or Thursday tourney and it is already full on Tuesday at 500pm. Next week, I won't be on vacation, and I make sure to be in some action of the action.
