The one thing I'm taking away from all this is how pointless it is to follow politics. A public official regardless of party, creates a powderkeg in his state and only takes phonecalls from billionaires might be the highest level revelation of who works for who we've seen in awhile. Seriously every headline should have been "Koch Brothers: 'Yeah, sorry, we kind of own some govenors'. Would be great if these rich cunts didn't own every media outlet.
