Here's what happened ( as Mr Monk says) :

I entered accounts for 5dimes and Betonline. I enter 'no prize' for Bookmaker. clicked save and as it was doing it's thing , I saw the 5dimes account number was replaced by 'no prize'. Could you checked and see if my 5dimes and Betonline account are in ( it looks like 5dimes didn't make it). Is there a way I could resubmit one (or both ) of those accounts? thanks

Only your BetOnline account was recorded. Right now, you'd be eligible for 1/3rd of the listed prizes. You can give your updated accounts by PM since the contest has yet to begin.

I'm not getting the option for "No Prize" listed in the sign up. I have a 5Dimes and Bookmaker but can't sign up because there isn't a No Prize option next to BetOnline.

Hmmmm....I entered my account numbers to Boomaker and 5Dimes, but when I hit submit it erased my Bookmaker account number. I'm registered, but with only one book when I had entered two.

I don't have a BetOnline account and I don't want to open one.
