What's different about SBR now then one year ago or two years ago? I've been on this thing for four years plus now and shit is the same, just a different class of morons doing the bitching now. Ghosts ghosting. Douchebags douchebaggering. The only new thing in the past year or so is the point system and I've never seen so much bitching about something that is free and an extra. Point system was the best and worst thing to happen to SBR because it brought the true degenerates out of the closet. But I mean seriously when it comes to points ... whatever you do with them, it's like whatever you do with your money ... it's your choice and your problem what becomes of your choices.

I still like SBR but have just gotten busier & not gambling right now so it becomes less important, but posting is still serious business. Weather is finally getting nice here & just not as much time on the computer, plus this place just doesnt seem the same. Used to I could stay on here for hours & be entertained. Now after about 10 minutes Im bored

I think when we joined it wasn't as bad. It's gotten worse the last three years or so.

Whilst I agree that bringing the points system has (which is fun) kinda ruined the forums, there is still quality discussion in the subforums. There's always duders that bring 0 to the table and say a whole lot of nothing, just shouting out their favorite teams or ESPN informed opinion (which is laffable). Still, where else can you go? SBR has been fantastic to all of us in one way or another. The harder part is disseminating all the crap, but it's always been that way. I dunno, if you're not happy reading or posting here, have a toss and jog on... Like I wish gamblers like JJ would do, but it just won't happen. Proper intelligence is great. I learn some things here from time to time and that's invaluable to me as a punter.

I lmao when people say that about JJ... dont know what hes up to with it but its damn near impossible for a guy whos been gambling this long to be that bad. Theres no way i know i get better year after year. JJ is sharper than people think. He probably gos to sleep laughing everynight about that spreadsheet.

I think the mods could do a bit more to keep the forum clean. Obvious trolls and WUMs like RbN for example would be have been banned about a 100 times by now on most other forums. I pretty much only use the Soccer subforum and seeing quality discussion is getting rarer and rarer by the day.

You really think JJ can be that bad he watches games daily, i know because he often posts about the games hes watching on sbr as hes watching them has a sports Ticker nice home.Probably been around gambling since probably before i was born pre 80s maybe... he is all for the book....do you ever see him posting a play with decent analysis for the punter that comes home...he could not give a fuk if you lost your house as long as he get $100 of it as commission
