He is returning from anal fissure surgery. Some are saying it will give Houston a boost, but I'm not as sanguine. Anal fissures tend to linger after the recovery. The anus can easily become dislodged, retorn, slack, or any other of various maladies post-surgery. It is not something easily played through. We'll see how he does.
