I don't think Rich Hill is in good enough form to be a favorite against a pitcher with Snell's capabilities.

ehhhhhhhhh pirates looks intriguing but alot of times when it looks to good the other side prevails but not always ......... but if i was betting this game which doesn't have value on the cubbys side i would take them today ........ as not to small but not to big fav ............
