If you can't score off pitchers like Wilford Lidezma and Kip Wells or Glendon Rusch, you are never going to score.

At this most point, most bettors don't even care who wins the game...most guys just want to go to bed.

Most players are just too tired right now to hit...pitchers are in complete control. Garbage pitchers like Wells and Rusch are now starting to dominate the game. Game may never end.....

21st inning now. i took houston big for tommorow, i mean later today. rockies played 2+ games tonight and still gotta fly from san diego to houston. colorado is going to be dead tired when they play the stros later tonight.

Radio announcers are starting to become delusional....

No way in the world pitchers like Wells or Rusch would pitch like this if they started the game. Batters have all but given up. Possible we might see some negotiation between the two managers to finish this game at a future time....

How many time last year did Kip Wells get shelled and not even make it past 3 innings....tonight, he's faced only 9 batters in 3 innings. If you can't score off K. Wells, you won't be able to score tonight....

vasgersian (pads tv announcer) thought it was over in the 14th when SD tied it, ever since he has just been lost wanting to kill himself.

Rusch had given up 9 Hits, 6 ER's, 2 walks in 3 innings before tonight, he's about to go scoreless in 3 here...pretty sick game

Well, you have to feel real good about yourself when you you're at home and your ace goes 8 innings allows 0 runs, strikes out 11 and you play 22 innings and allow 2 runs--one on a base loaded walk and the other an unearned run that was generated after 2 outs--and you still lose the game.

The Lesson: Bad teams find ways to lose games....

And when the Padres miss the playoffs by 1 game this year, they can look back at this game and see why they are home in October again.....
