Cavs trade Williams and Moon to Clippers for Baron Davis

Cavs don't care about getting Davis, they just wanted the 1st round pick they also got. I think they made out great, picking up that 1st round pick from the clips. I really can't believe how good they made out, just giving Williams and Moon .

Davis brought this trade on himself. He never lived up the the expectations when he arrived from Golden State. Even so the Clips are offensively challenged and losing Davis won't help. He was displaying signs of life the past few months.

i think this was an interesting trade for the clippers. i like william's talent, though it really is mainly displayed when he is playing with all-star talent...

Do the Clippers hate the draft that much. You would think they would be beginning to like it. Gordon, Jordan, Griffin, and Bledsoe in consecutive years. They were finally starting to make good picks and then they go and give up a top 10 pick.

I don't know if it's a top 10 pick. You have teams ahead of the Clippers that are dumping and Tuesday, you finally have every Clipper off the DL. (Gordon comes back Tuesday)

Yeah, my main argument is that they have been making good decisions lately. And I don't buy the hype about this being a bad draft. I think there is good talent in every draft that just has to be found.

But I think the time is now with the Clippers. The Clippers have the young guys you need in Griffin, Gordon and Bledsoe. You now have to surround them with a couple of worth while vets. That's why they dumped a salary.

We aren't hearing a lot about NBA talent in this class. There are good college guys like Fredette who normally would be late first rounders. He'll be top 20 this year.
