Aldridge in Boston would be great, too bad the Celtics have no one to offer to Portland and they won't spend that kind of money if he's a free agent. I'm not sure when his contract is up, but it's got to be soon. Celtics still have Pierce, Allen and Garnett on the books for another 2-3 years at a hefty price and Rondo will be due his raise very soon. If Portland would take Perkins and something else...might be able to swing it.
