With Chauncey and Melo gone, this team has no floor leaders left. Their 31-25 record is about to fizzle into flames and out of the playoffs

the lines makers will adjust so not sure how fading them the rest of the way will be profitable.

I think the Nuggets will be able to win some games, but they will struggle a bit offensive unless Ty Lawson can step up his game.

yes, besides being the skinniest fat guy on the planet, he's very much overrated.

The nuggets don't need Melo n Chauncey IMO.
Nene, Jr smith, Al harrington... wait how is this team out of the playoff picture?

This team is not done with transactions. I would steer clear of this team until you get a sense of stability and see who their starting 5 is going to be.

Melo, has been in the playoffs every year. Led a team to the NCAA his freshman year in college. Dude is a stud. Top 5 scorer in the league over the past couple years. Knicks did give up a lot for him, but Knicks made a killing with this deal. They gave up replaceable pieces, a shooter, a wanna be scorer a decent point guard and a big foreigner. They got a superstar scorer and a veteran point guard who is a free agent at the end of year. If they don't sign billups that frees up 14M in cap space to sign another point guard. Knicks came out huge here, especially b/c they got to keep Fields a young player whose very solid.

Yes, lets not concern ourselves with what the line is or what the odds are - just fade regardless.

Surprised that a Nugget fan feels that way.
Even the line up they have tonight:
Lawson-Afflalo-Harrington-Martin-Nene with JR Smith, Forbes and Ely is a solid line-up. When you add Chandler, Felton, Gallo to that they will be fine. Melo and Chancey were not having great seasons anyway and the team dealt with distractions all year. Pending anymore trades, the Nuggs will be better, you'll see.

Good thing you figured this out before the oddsmakers
[B][B]They key isn't getting rich quick. The key is getting rich slowly, and enjoying it.
Actually you should fade the Knicks the first 5-10 games and TAKE the nuggets
People will be thinking just like you

Fading Nuggets might be a good way. Now depends on the bookmakers will use against Nuggets.

I think this is JR Smith breakout game if he's the starter, and they should beat the Grizzilies who aren't that impressive on the road.

Your 1st post is pretty stupid....Your saying it's time to fade them ATS? Money line?
Either way pretty stupid and most likely will not be profitable.

Truly amazing how they did what they did to the rising griz today with melo and billups leaving yesterday. Wasn't on any team, but I thought Griz could at least cover the low spread.

Tough to know going into tonight how the Nuggets would respond the first game. It should be interesting to watch the rest of the way how JR Smith handles being the "go to" guy. This team has a lot of average to above average talent going forward with Felton, Gallinari, Chandler, Nene, JR Smith, Kenyon, Birdman, Lawson, Affalo, Harrington....not many teams go 10 deep like the Nuggets.
