Sbr's newest problem...

Over night many good threads are getting closed all of a sudden for no reason! I could see if there was all kinds of nonsense going on in them like players talk...but there are several in the sub forums being closed after a few posts for no reason....

The nonsense does not fly in the sub forums. They are moderated more tightly. I rarely close a thread personaly, but I am sure whichever mod did has his/her reasons for doing so.

They gotta control all the clutter somehow. Seriously, the forum has become messy in this last year. You really have to sift through layers of nonsense just to get to your destination or find the information your looking for.

The nonsense does not fly in the sub forums. They are moderated more tightly. I rarely close a thread personaly, but I am sure whichever mod does has his/her reasons for doing so.

By the way these are threads I am not involved in.... here is an example...why would this be closed so I can make sure I do not violate whatever was done wrong in this thread???

Agree 100% the mods do a great job...but all of a sudden threads like the one I posted in post #14 being closed... which I am not involved in by the way...just enjoy when people discuss things and wondered why the door is being closed on threads like this...

This place started out as a players-oriented place, where sportsbooks were rated pretty fairly based upon feedback.
'Check the SBR rating' was always the mantra.

Now it's turning into a book-oriented place, where the sponsor money has the most say and books are rewarded (BetPhoenix) or punished (Matchbook) for giving or not giving money to SBR.
