Yeah I'm running quite hot right now, but I've been betting for a long time, and I assure you there have been many ups and downs.

As for my recent streak, I wouldn't read too much into it. Keep in mind I generally bet the maximum (2000 on NBA, 1000 on NHL) for my bets. And today I bet the maximum on New Jersey, both the $ line and the spread whereas the day before I bet the maximum on the Bruins, both the $ line and the spread. Both days each of those two bets both won which were mostly responsible for my + in the sportsbook. Keep in mind, they could have just as well lost, and I would have lost a similar amount instead of winning it But yeah day before I went 3-1 (two of the wins being the Bruins), and today I went 3-0 (two of the wins being the Devils). I really don't think it's that impressive, just I'm probably one of the few who bets the maximum since I have all those points from the Poker Championships so my overall results seem more impressive than they are.

I was 4250 points ahead yesterday, taking only favs moneylines on hoops. But the 9:00 and 10:00 games killed me: Montana State, Saint Marys, Texas A&M (my only win, and the only dog of the day), Cal Poly, E Washington and Cal Santa Barbara. 3125 points down the drain for a modest gain of 1125 for the day. On the other hand, I made a great hit on my real money balance, took Donaire for an easy win.

Congrats, ArunSh. Looks like we are playing in similar ways. But you are taking 1000 and 2000 points bets, while I am with 500 points ones. Hey SBR book, time to raise the limits in hoops!

Well I lost about 2000 today so like I said, I have my ups and my downs - simply because my ups seem so impressive, don't think that overall my results are that amazing!

Personally, I would prefer a system which tracked based on a person's record rather than points. I guess that's difficult considering the different odds, but someone who goes 4 - 0 betting 100 points a game is more impressive a result than say me going 3 - 1 betting 1000 points a game even though I end up netting more.
