I think NHL is better. I've had success betting on underdogs this season.
My ranking of easiest to cap:
1. NHL
2. NCAAB
3. NBA

It really all depends on your preferences and I happen to bet both. I do a lot better in NHL then NCAA since I live in Canada and I am way more exposed to the NHL then I am to College sports which helps me.

I don't know if it's better/easier, but I prefer betting NHL and if you have a solid lean, you can hit big on pucklines. Plus, NHL moneyline chalk is not even close to some of the outrageous money lines you see in the NBA. A solid favorite in NHL will rarely be more than $170-$200 while a solid favorite in the NBA or college b-ball will be like around $800-$1000.
