Problem with Tennis Pick?

I picked this match:

Nalbandian D. (Arg)-
Robredo T. (Esp)
The match 2 matches before mine was interrupted due to rain and hasnt finished. The match after that has NOT started yet, so obviously the one after that (the one I bet) hasnt started yet. This means if its played today im looking at 5+ hours until it starts

I want my money unlocked for tonights bball but I called 2betdsi and they wont cancel it because they said its going to be played and made me sound like a idiot

Most books have some sort of rule regarding delays. 5Dimes has a 24 hour rule. If the match is not started within 24 hours of the original start time, the bet is void. You have to know your book's rules regarding this.
