First Page of PT is GARBAGE

Since everyone else is posting garbage, I guess I should to. The first page of Players Talk is nothing more than mere garbage threads. Very few threads with anything important or relevant and very very few threads with people posting picks. It's starting to get very annoying to have to sift through the SHIT.

I wish more people would post picks and records (or keep a spreadsheet) and help others win money. Besides myself, there are FEW VERY posters here that post quality picks daily and/or keep accurate records.

JJ, Bobby, Cougar, and myself are the only ones I see doing this on a consistent basis.

There are a few other good forums out there that REQUIRE you keep accurate records, as to not mislead the potential followers. It shouldn't be "follow at your own risk".

Personally, I don't tail anyone's plays. But, 80% of gamblers do just follow someone. I think it would be nice if those that don't have time or knowledge enough to handicap had a place they could get quality picks from people with documented record keeping.

It's really not that much to ask. SBR even provides the template for Christ sakes.

I never thought player's talk was a place to post plays. That is what the sub forums are for. You go to the sport you want, and discuss plays. I always considered player's talk as just a place to shoot the shit.

Personally, I've found you would be better to pick plays blindfolded than to try to follow 99% of the people on here anyway.

yea all these young air bettors are annoying as fukk but posters have to remember this is a business. SBR doesn't owe any poster anything. Their only goal is getting people to open and fund sports book accounts threw their links. I'm all for them trying to usher most of the non pros out the door, cause I would say 90% of them are/were here just for the points, making idiotic random posts daily just to get their points. Omar is right, make your own plays and live or die with them...because then either way you're winning or losing with your own picks, only yourself to blame. People forget cause not many here cash-out but SBR is a huge asset to have in your corner if you're having trouble with a book. HUGE. In 2 years posting SBR has helped me get paid from WSEX, Bet Phoenix, and also straighten out a bunch of garbage with Bookmaker..too many people here act like SBR owes them something.

Probably because their lives are so shitty they need look like a big winner to make themselves feel better.

If they was really a pro gambler or making big money off this they'd be in Vegas right now doing this full time, not posting on forums. Or if they were really good they'd have been hired by a tout service already, which we know isn't going to happen. Not talking bout everyone but a select few

You missed the point. Players talk is for bull shitting and the subforums are for serious discussion. If I really like a play...I'll post it. I don't ever claim anything, because I'm not promoting myself. I come here to discuss plays and gain insight, but not to just play a game because some "joe-blow" thinks its his play of the year.
