If we are talking the best of the best bbq chicken is my pick. However, I get alot of crappy bbq up here in PA so fried chicken usually beats it around here.

BBQ...marinated at least overnight...baked for a little while in the juices, then thrown on the grill til it's nice and crispy. Yum. My mommy taught me well.

I am well know for my great BBQ. I use coal and wood. Slow cook it..mmmmmmm meat falls off the bones. Like a semi spicey sauce. Some nice slaw corn on the cob. Ice cold beer a-plenty and some key lime pie.

My Uncle Devereaux got arrested one time cause some lady at a Kentucky fried chicken recognized him from one of them tv shows after a security guard made a composted sketch of him after Uncle Devereux nearly runned that security guard down making a get away from the marina with a boat him and his brother I only knowed as Ronnie was trying to steal. I think it was down round New Iberia where they was trying to rip off the boat but the Kentucky fried chicken was on the south side of Lafayette off old 90 down in the old Beau Pre parrish. Uncle Devereaux said he shot the biggest alligator he ever seen while he had that boat and before that nosy Nadine turned him in for looking like that composted sketch. I didn’t think it really looked like Uncle Devereux really on account of one of his ears is alot lower on one side than the other one and I aint never seen him clean shaven except for when Aunt Beth was dragging him to church or when he was going to see his probation officer which now that I think about it means he was clean shaven a whole lot of times. They never did get Ronnie on that and we only saw him 3 or 2 more times after that and then we heard he died in car crash down in Mexico when he was trying to pull some scam off down in some place called Las Linguas and we sure as hell aint seen him since he died. But it turns out that Uncle Devereaux dint get in trouble with this boat except with the repossession company that hired him to go repossess it in the first place. They said they only going to pay him half on account of him keeping the boat for two weeks after he took it even though he gave them fat fücks at the repo office all that gator hide. But that hide didnt ever men nothing to Uncle Devereaux cause he had the photos and he had the meat, course he got arrested not too long after that for the whole nother thing with the vice squad in Lafayette so it didn’t really matter none about the boat.

Put me down for fried chicken cause that was what Aunt Beth used to cook the best even though barbcue chicken is pretty fcuking good to.
