if u a from slovenia,croatia,bosnia,serbia or from some other countries you will find lots of problems with locking the account 2-3 per year and only unlock lasts from 3-15 days from the time that all the time nothing can money.in the forums there are plenty of people who write that their accounts locked and close the account and charged 150EUR Although they made a few transactions to questions about what made the responses received on 2 items that each have 10 other items, but no one stated exactly what to do.there support is very bad, no live chat
the forums are advised to use PayPal and Neteller, although they have greater benefits but do not close the accounts and does not charge 150EUR for imaginary offenses of terms and conditions

I am from Bosnia and I never had any problems with them. I have an account in euro and US$ and have unlimited outgoing limit. withdrawals take 3 workdays and cost around 7 euro (which MY bank takes)
