Other than Northwestern, show me one good road performance by Wisconsin this year. ONE. Not @MSU, not @PSU, not even @Iowa. Wisconsin shoots extremely poorly on the road, and they even turn it over more. When they're not at home and benefiting from biased officiating, this is a very ordinary team.
