A number of books also imposed "limits" which minimized their risk and at the same time, made the payouts smaller to the punter. I played a few at Legends but their juice is crazy.

i haven't seen any daily matchups for horses, i know Betphoenix did matchups on the triple crown races last year.

You see them at several books for big races but nothing even close to a regular occurrence...

They were offered but it did not last long

Sharp players beat them

You might find some UK books offer them but on uk races only.
