I would say he would have to record this as a loss without question. If you don't specify between ML and PS.......you make the assumption it's PS, which was in the 4 to 5 range all day.

Good point, he should also list the price he gets it at.

The price is the most important element here.

Suppose he makes another -200 play today (or higher), and it loses-----his record may be 1-1, but he will down a full unit.

Price should be listed.
