Does anyone see a day when athletes stand for stud fees like thoroughbred race horses

I thought for sure in the early 80's the USSR would have kidnapped Gretzke for an hour to get a supply of breeding material so they could have 1000 Gretzke's for 100 years.

My guess as to who would be the first three ex jocks to advertise stud breeding fees would be Pete Rose,Jose Conseco and Mike Tyson.

There would have to be some iron clad contracts dealing with not being responsible for future financial support etc.Yuppies from all over would be paying mega $$$$$ for service even if the donors are moronic man children.

Would it be a clinical procedure or would it be done the old fashioned way?

that might be true, but the women have to have good genetics also, you can't be some short uncoordinated out-of-shape woman and expect an athlete of a kid just because you got some good sperm.

Back around 1975 I know this guy who had been, at age 16, in the German SS, the Nazi elite corp. He was captured and badly beaten by the British in '45. (He would likley have been killed by the Russians.)
