why would the line for the magic game go from -4 to -3?

gooden is out for chicago. magic seem to have a huge edge here and should handle the bulls. thoughts?

ORL has playoff seeding locked up. Maybe the starters are playing limited minutes today....similar to what DET and BOS have been doing.
