Bring it back to PT and PZ.

PT gets 20x the traffic of The Saloon, and people still see PT as bs zone/general discussion, so people do not want to have to check two forums for basically the same kind of topics.

I forget The Saloon is even there and see a bunch of threads of good quality with like 20 views, when they would have 500+ in PT.

And what is now done with overly inappropriate posts/threads? Just deleted instead of PZed like before? We need PZ back as the dungeon of SBR.

The Players Talk is too crowded with off topics. If people post at The Saloon it will change. But don't count on it from the posters. It needs someone from the higher ups to put the wheels in motion.

The Saloon isn't there because it needs to be popular. It's there so Players Talk remains popular. But...it's currently running at 14-1 ratio with Players Talk. Not too shabby for 1 month vs. 72.

If it was about Saloon proving itself we could rip off the bandaid now and make people go in there to see the nonsports threads. That wouldn't be very cool of us. There's no rush... get to know your new neighborhood saloon.

Give it time, guys. I think by next football season it will especially help having the forums separated a bit.

Some members just want to focus on sports and gambling talk, without a lot of other clutter. Then every so often when a break is needed from that, you can check out The Saloon and see what's up.

Others are more into The Saloon kinds of topics and can get more attention with their threads and posts there.

Overall, it's kind of like strip clubs with multiple levels, for those who've been. Will be good things about visiting both
