Best way to do it (if you really are a sharp: Work with someone that can make elephant crap seem like gold, while all you do is just make your picks and give them to him to post. Pretty much you do nothing different then what you have been doing.

so i guess this is what i dont get. if you can hit 65% consistantly, you can just go sign up at all the offshores, locals, etc, and make ALL THE MONEY YOU CAN EVER WANT BETTING.

I wouldn't say ALL touts are frauds,... I personally believe if the tout is REALLY playing his OWN picks,. and then selling his picks on the side,.(which is his knowledge,.handicapping,.what not),..Then ok,..
