Let's all agree that the Cavs are the worst team in the NBA by a WIDE margin. What will really suck is if, by some quirk, they get the raw end of the deal among those teams in the lottery for the first draft pick and end up selecting 10th or 12th or even worse.

Bet the Cavs against the Wizards. I finally figured out how to win again. They should produce some good pays
