had a decent run in the poker competition the other night (was up to 5k points at one juncture) but had disabled the all-in warning earlier in the game for some stupid reason and misclicked and went all-in on a not-so-brilliant hand and got hosed

I was rolling singles and hit three in a row real quick. Once I got to 200 or so, I would play 5 per spin but only for 10 spins. If I lose, walk away. I just kept hitting. Then, once I got up to 650, I told myself I'd play 25 per spin until I was at 500 points. Then I hit two of those LOL
