something similar to this happened to me. i changed my identity and severed all contact with my family. every couple of month i will get a prepaid phone and call my parents to let them know i am doing alright then dump the phone. i completely change my appearance. i gained 50 pounds and now shave my head too. i have been living like this for 10 years.

ya if this guy is telling the truth and really only owes a dime and not some absurd amount, it's highly doubtful that 5dimes would go to these lengths to collect a dime.
