[iSBRFORUM]BetKlass[/iSBRFORUM] formerly [iSBRFORUM]BetClass[/iSBRFORUM] is a Malta base book, which uses the Chartwell Technology software. Not to mention they will email you with spam all the time. They do have a history of slow pays/no pays from what I can remember about them, but this is the first complaint I've read about them in quite sometime though.

Anyways, you are always more than welcome to fill out a complaint form as SBR poster ChuteBoxe mentioned above, and we will look into it your situation. However, what are the details of your problem you wish to inquire for some assistance about sir?

What do these guys start at the bottom of the rating list and work their way up, wtf! Tons of no pay complaints concerning books I've never even heard of before. I guess gamblers will gamble even on the books they use it seems. This guys been a member over a year he should know better by now.

I have also very bad experience with them.
i knew for their low rating but deposit 1000E to catch their 200E bonus.
But the bonus was credited after 1 week chat with support and when i turnover 3/4 of the bonus they limited me to 5-10$ and was impossible to make the requirements for another 1k rollover-So i was in 1,5k + and forfeit the bonus-requesting cashout.I wait 8 days submitting twice ID and Docs and finnaly i receive my money...but with 400$ lower-because their currency EUR/USD is fixed to 1.55-now the exchange is 1.25 so from this difference they steal from me 400$.
Do i need to submit complaint BBD?
