How a wager be graded at any book

Ho they do it? Manually or Automatically?
Let's say if I placed 100 $1 bet on Boston tomorrow. Are they gonn' grade it one by one

So the clerk types in a win or lossThen presses F5, and the computer grades the rest right?

Then who grades the Locals that uses offshore online?
