It's either going to be Chris, Jake, or Dorsey. Imo Jake is the best prospect in the draft this year and considering their offensive woes I think they would be nuts not to take the cornerstone LT. There are alot of tackles in the draft but he's ahead of the rest by a wide margin.
I'm just sad about this because i'm a KC fan.

Parcells is trying to sign whoever will work for relatively cheap, considering they'll be the #1 overall pick. I think he'd sign any of the "big 4" if they'd jump up and sign on the dotted line. Maybe Jake is the one who's willing to step forward with a pen in hand.
I'm sure Parcells would trade the pick, but I imagine there's nobody wanting to pay the price, especially since this year's draft is so deep. It's better to have a bunch of 2nd & 3rd rounders this year.
Jake is also a good fit under head coach Tony Sparano, who has a history of being a offensive-line oriented coach. Maybe it'll be symbolic, to give this rookie head coach the hottest rookie offensive lineman to work with.

Robert Gallery is a 5th year player... you have to go 5 years back to name busts? He isn't even a bust, he's a bust at Tackle but a solid guard.
Last year 1st round
2007
Jamaal Anderson, Arkansas
Adam Carriker, Nebraska
Jarvis Moss, Florida
How many of these guys are setting it on fire?
2005 1st Round David Pollack, Georgia
Erasmus James, Wisconsin
Marcus Spears, LSU
Matt Roth, Iowa
Dan Cody, Oklahoma
Vincent Burns,
2004 Player, Will Smith, Ohio State
Kenechi Udeze, USC
Jason Babin, Western Michigan
Travis LaBoy, Hawaii
Antwan Odom, Alabama
Marquise Hill, LSU
Darrion Scott, Ohio State
Anthony Hargrove, Georgia Tech
Reggie Torbor, Auburn
I think in general 90% of these guys are all busts... these are all day 1 draft picks.
Now for the O line
1st Round Joe Thomas, Wisconsin
Levi Brown, Penn State
Joe Staley, Central Michigan Browns (3)
Cardinals (5)
49ers (28)
Top 100
Arron Sears, Tennessee
Tony Ugoh, Arkansas
James Marten, Boston College
Ryan Harris, Notre Dame
Marshal Yanda, Iowa
Mario Henderson, Florida State
2006 Player, School Team (Pick)
1st Round D'Brickashaw Ferguson, Virginia
Top 100
Winston Justice, USC
Daryn Colledge, Boise State
Marcus McNeill, Auburn
Andrew Whitworth, LSU
Jeremy Trueblood, Boston College
Charles Spencer, Pittsburgh
Eric Winston, Miami
Rashad Butler, Miami
1st Round Jammal Brown, Oklahoma
Alex Barron, Florida State
top 100
Michael Roos, Eastern Washington
Marcus Johnson, Ole Miss
Khalif Barnes, Washington
Adam Terry, Syracuse
Chris Colmer, NC State
The Oline has alot more quality players on it than the DE over the years...but you keep drafting DE over the solid Oline picks.

its the only way they can see if beck can be a good QB is if he has time to throw the ball before he prays he's not dismembered or killed. I think Beck is a bust.

Looks like the Dolphins are courting Gholston today.
Will we see this dance day by day until draft day?
Who's tomorrow's darling? Dorsey?

Don't worry, Happy Boy. With Parcells as the new sheriff in town, I bet they get back to respectable soon. I'm already starting to be a closet Dolphins fan because I'm such a fan of Parcells. Parcells was handcuffed in Dallas, but in Miami I think he'll really be given full rein to put his fingerprints all over his team. They'll turn this thing a round in a hurry. Yes I realize they are a total mess right now. Knowing what to do with these high draft picks will be crucial.
