this is a very funny thing... reminds me of the way people came up with paybacks to people who romance scammed them from nigeria... they would send the people all over nigeria to collect the money gram.. making up reasons as to why they would have to collect elsewhere.. or telling them they paid someone to meet them in a town about 10 miles away.. the people would walk there LOL.. hilarious
