That especially makes their closer tough to beat. But I still lost

Pinnacle opened at pick'em, you should have bet GB then to say that. That's my logic, at least.

Anyone getting in on GB at a pick-em did a pretty super job. My measly beating of five cents means nothing next to that.

My point all along - no matter how much you beat the closing line, it means nothing unless it cashes. I've had all sorts of times I had the closing line beat, free half points, and everything else - still end up losing so many times.
The "right side", the "wrong side" and "Reload's side" are all the same thing to me lately - losers
Got to laugh it off when I can - lately I'd rather "beat off" than "beat the closing line" and you can quote me on that

I figured out in 2009 that I was somewhat of a savant at anticipating line movement in the NFL, so I started betting a lot of early lines. I ended up spending way too much time shopping lines and not enough time capping, and got my ass kicked. The gal that wrote a book about the offshore industry called it "Trying to buy luck on sale". Get a team that is going to play for you, then get a number.

You only beat the no-vig closer by less than a penny (-110.8).
Now ME on the other hand, I had GB -2.5 -110.

Was that at Matchbook? I played earlier in the week at MB when it was -2.5 -113. Did not like to lay the extra juice but wanted under the key number of 3.
