          most casinos will allow larger than normal bets for their premium players on major sporting events. someone like phil who has millions in the bank and 7 figure credit lines at every casino can play what he wants. he's not a bad capper in sports. had a a 6 figure bet on the white guy who beat tyson in his last fight. white guy was a huge dog.
