vegas has something called juice on their side, with this volume of bets its just a matter of how much juice they expect to earn

worst case scenario in my opinion for vegas would be a green bay win by 3 and the over is 44-47 (not as many people buy the hook as you think) reasons are because..
1.) refund money for people that have gb-3 and pit+3
2.) they will lose money for the people that did buy the .5
3.) lose money that took gb ml
4.) any teaser would win even with the over under if the total ends around 44-47, they would lose every teaser bet

only thing good would be they would win money on pitt ml
