I agree. jj or webber or whomever you are, can you PLEASE make us one? Everyone always says "be nice be nice, be polite, don't be an A-hole, etc etc". but then they don't TELL us or SHOW us how to do that! So how are we supposed to do it? Obviously, if we knew how to be nice, we'd already have been doing it in the first place!

Give her a break, AAO...the girl broke a nail...it was a crushing loss. Now her nails are all uneven and stuff and she has to go back to the salon because they're the only ones that have that erfect shade of pink to fix the chip. Have a heart, dude...the woman is hurting.
