No it's a scam. I offer to rent to people but have a buddy of mine come in and mug them while showing the place. In fact, I just leave that sign out all year long. Any time I get in a bind I use this. I "call the police and report it" while they are there, no one ever gives a fuk, most are happy to not be assaulted. Good scam actually.
