For football I started both sides of the ball in High school (TE & OLB), then just consentrated on wrestling in college.

Putting on weight in the fall for football just to cut in the winter for wrestling really started to suck!

By the way Rod, have you checked out IsoPure protien yet?? Get on the crap! It's the best for post workout.
