Z Just call your cc company and they will remove it. I just did it yesterday and it takes 30 seconds.

No you don't, as long as there is an 800 number on the back. That is the way I released mine. Did you try that?

My card gets declined at 5dimes...called the CC company, and they said that there are no restrictions....

I don't want to be a shill for you wager because I am not crazy about them. But Z, they have a new cc system that allows you to purchase a gift card right through them. So you buy the gift card using your cc and the funds are immediately in your account. Since it is a gift card you don't need to send them all types of info when you wd. Only cost a couple of bucks for the international transaction, but then again you need to get your cc cleared for that. The 800 number on the back will do that.
