I think he just likes to compete and still feels he can. I read an article about how he is a freak of nature, will go a couple days without eating and if he does eat its only once a day. I can't understand how he can maintain that muscle mass without getting a ton of protein, but he does.

I remember when he started bobsledding. Everybody thought he was crazy. Now MMA everyone thinks the same thing. What an athlete.

I give him a lot of credit to taking on this challenge at 48. This just goes to show you that age is just a number.

Usually when guys retire from a sport it's not because they can't get in shape. It's that the disc in their back bothers them or the knees or ankles can't handle the strain.
Why did he leave football? He's saying he can't beat most of the nfl at the 40 right now.

HGH
not very impressive to be honest
[B][B]They key isn't getting rich quick. The key is getting rich slowly, and enjoying it.
Fight last night was weak, the other guy was 40 and shouldn't have been fighting at all. Walker step it up for fight #3

1500 push a day and 3500 sit ups helps that probably takes 2 hours by its self. With good nutrition.

Just for a challenge. He's been donating all his winnings and pay to charities.

He's interested in playing for the Falcons, or Vikes.
Walker is a true athlete with the an impressive work ethic and a heart of a champion

Walker is far from broke It's a funny thing that most of the criticism of Walker comes from people in our sport, as if a guy who put aside his day-to-day job as the multi-millionaire owner of a multi-million dollar business to train for a payday he's going to donate to charity has something to apologize for.
