I spoke to both of them on the phone. JJ sounds like the goofball you see in the videos and he is very nice despite the image he is trying to sell in the videos. Shari definitely sounded female. She couldn't be an impersonator because she was talking about stuff and posters from the forum and the voice was definitely female and JJ couldn't mimic it.
