It's less thick than Caesar but thicker than balsamic. I think it has a bit of a tang to it but the word may be spice.

It's very good. Seriously, it really is. Ots not like Russian dressing that they have in the States. So different. This is blood red, with a bit of kick. I don't know - it's hard to explain. But it was very difficult for me to find in the
states. I think you need to go to Canada for this one.

See - it's awesome!!!! Now do you understand why this is the first thing I always say I miss from home? In the States they have Russian dressing that's a bit orangey I think. Hard to remember right now but it was very, very hard for me to get this even there. Canadian Kraft Russian dressing is heaven in a bottle. Love it.
