Late reply but it's working for me. It was down ~14hrs ago for maintenance but I believe that was a one off.

The XML feed has been erratic for the past 24 hours or so for me. Usually rock solid.

it's been very hit or miss the last few days

I don't bet there, but I like to look at their odds, and they're down often.

I wonder if they have more as many people looking at their odds who can't bet there are people who can bet there.
Of course, if you didn't have an account before they stopped taking Americans then you can't log in at all.

Seems like Pinnacle is not a real user friendly website, gets slow a lot
