Yea many months ago when I made my first withdrawal had to send them a copy of my ID and a copy of the front of my VC Debit I used to make the deposit. A standard thing these days. No big deal was just a one time thing.

Hmm...I've had an account with them for about 2 years now and have made many deposits although my last transaction was a payout. Not sure why she would indicate that to me based on your point. Perhaps this is just applicable to the Superbowl only? The letter I received at the start of the NFL season from them does not actually reference anything about a max payout but simply says "restrictions apply".
