has anyone ever finished a chat with Bet Phoenix?

i have been on chat with them for 20 minutes now to request a payout
this is as far as i've gotten

Jerry: Hello. How may I assist you?
me: hello how can i request a check payout for xxxxx
me: alex told me i get a free check withdrawal
Jerry: you can do it with me and i can fill out a request or you can check back at 8am eastern and get a direct answer
me: i'll do it with you, here's my info

and now i have been sitting and waiting for a response for 10 minutes like every other time i have ever been on chat with them


i will eventually have to give up and go to bed
i'm wondering if anyone has ever in their lifetime been able to finish a conversation with one of these guys in less than 12 hours

Huh, that's odd. I can't recall any real problems with Phoenix live chat. I'd rank them 2nd behind Bookmaker in that category.

usually took for me 3-4 minutes for withdrawl..... and in less than 12 h, the transfer number.....

Doing anything with CS late at night is a crap shoot. I think it's really the cleaning people sitting in front of computers and they're told to give you that generic answer about trying back in the morning - hoping the majority will do that.

I have trouble too...ask for this guy Shawn....he's the only one who is responsive and answers relatively quickly in my experiences. BetPhoenix is a good site...Nice Job gettin enough for a payout!

After 10pm EST it really is 'hit and miss' and before 8am, they will tell you to check back in 15mins. I'd rate them okay overall but certainly not superior to any extent.
